My name is Annie Girouard. I’m a registered massage therapist (BA, RMT, CFR). As an RMT, we need to have continuing education units (CEUs). One of the courses I took was foot reflexology. After going once a week for 5 weeks, and after 70 pairs of feet, I got my certification in Foot Reflexology in July, 2003. As part of these CEUs, I offer a wide range of therapeutic services, such as Reflexology and Hot Stone, to relax and heal your body and spirit.

In today’s hectic climate, it’s easy to forget to take time out to pay attention to your body, relieving it of all of the little aches and pains that both physical and mental stress have put upon it. Sometimes, these things go unnoticed, sometimes you’ve actually suffered an injury and need more specific attention focused on a particular area.
